The light bulb at the heart of the identity represents the moment when a complex problem becomes clear. But clarity alone is not enough. The meaning of Catalyst is what follows: creating the conditions for an idea, a person, a team or a system to move forward.
The red and blue visual language reflects that tension. Blue stands for clarity, analysis and perspective. Red brings urgency, energy and change. Black gives the work discipline and seriousness; white creates space to think; gold is reserved for small moments of value and emphasis.
