About this site

How this is made

Stiven Catalyst is my work, made with AI tools. This page says which tools I use, for what, and what stays with me.

Who answers for it

I decide what is published here, and I answer for it. I am the editor named on every issue of the Management Review; where a publication speaks of “the editors”, that means me.

What comes from my work

The essays, the reflections and the answers in From the Floor are written in the first person, from my own work. Several essays say plainly what I have not done or cannot prove (“What I do not have”) instead of inventing an experience.

What comes from research

Every figure in the publications comes from a source listed, with its year, on the sources page of the issue. Each figure is checked for its year, its publisher and what exactly it measures. A figure checked through a summary rather than the original is marked “via”; my interpretation is marked “Our reading”. A figure that cannot be confirmed is not published.

Where AI is used

Texts, translations and code are made in working sessions with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic: drafting and editing, the German and Albanian versions, checking figures against their sources, the layout of the publications, the tools and the site itself.

The podcast is made with NotebookLM from the text of an issue: the two voices are AI voices. They can simplify, and now and then get something wrong; the issue is the reference.

AI does not decide here what is true. The rule is the sentence that closes “The report a machine wrote”: “The machine can write the report. The responsibility for what the report says has to stay with a person.”

What the dates mean

An issue of the Management Review carries the month of its edition, as a magazine cover does: issues 41 to 80 are the November 2026 edition, online since October. The day a publication went online is on its page, under “Online since”.

Corrections

When a published text is corrected, the page says so: a dated note under its summary, and the same note on the sources page of its PDF. So far: Management Review No. 6, No. 47, No. 72, No. 74, and the special edition of September 2026. If you find an error, write to me.

Your data

The tools run in your browser: your work stays on your device. What else the site processes is in the privacy policy.
